along with sons Narayan and Bodhi, spend their days on

The Omstead Farm in beautiful Armstrong, BC.

They plant, grow, harvest, dry, infuse, process and create.

They prefer to spend more time outside than in and certainly aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

When they aren't farming, they.... just kidding, they're always farming! 

Thankfully, they can always rely on a little help from their friends; big and small, two legged and four.
